We accept STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, Parasolid (.x_t), SAT, and PDF drawings. STEP files are preferred for 3D models. If you only have a napkin sketch, send it over — we'll work with whatever you've got.
Our standard tolerance is ±0.005" unless otherwise specified. We routinely hold ±0.001" and can achieve ±0.0005" on critical features with our CMM-verified inspection process.
Standard lead time is 2-3 weeks depending on complexity and quantity. Rush jobs and expedited turnaround are available — contact us to discuss your timeline.
No minimum. We handle everything from single prototype parts to production runs of thousands. Our shop is set up to be efficient at any quantity.
Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, tool steel, brass, copper, titanium, Inconel, and engineering plastics (Delrin, nylon, PEEK, UHMW). If you have a specialty material, ask — we've probably cut it.
Yes. In-house we offer heat treating, vibratory tumble finishing, ultrasonic cleaning, and surface grinding. We can also coordinate anodizing, plating, powder coating, and other outside finishing through our trusted vendors.
