Our shop includes:
Yes. We have a Lindberg/Blue M box furnace (up to 1200°C) and a Cress C-601TCZ electric furnace (up to 2000°F) for hardening, tempering, stress relieving, and annealing. We also coordinate outside heat treating and surface finishing through trusted vendors when needed.
Absolutely. Many of our customers provide PDF prints or hand drawings. We'll review your drawing, clarify any questions, and program the part from your 2D specifications. A 3D model is helpful but not required.
