Semiconductor CNC Machining
Precision components for wafer fabrication and semiconductor equipment
Semiconductor equipment runs on precision — sub-thousandth tolerances, low-particulate surfaces, and materials that survive vacuum, plasma, and corrosive process chemistries. Digital Machine produces vacuum chamber components, wafer handling hardware, gas delivery parts, and end effectors for semiconductor OEMs and equipment integrators.
We work to print on pre-production first articles and short-run production where every part has to match across the lot.
Semiconductor Parts We Make
Vacuum Chamber Components
Flanges, port adapters, view ports, and chamber hardware milled from 6061-T6 aluminum and 316L stainless — ready for hard-anodize, electropolish, or passivation.
Wafer Handling Hardware
End effectors, robot arm components, pedestals, and wafer carriers. Tight repeatability across the lot for production-line consistency.
Gas Delivery & Fluid Path
Manifolds, gas blocks, and fittings with leak-tight bores and surface finishes that meet semi-process cleanliness specs.
Fixtures, Plates & Heat Sinks
Process fixtures, baseplates, cooling plates, and heat sinks with fine-pitch fins and tight flatness across large surfaces.
Semiconductor Materials We Machine
Aluminum 6061-T6
The semi standard. Machines cleanly, anodizes consistently, and holds tight tolerances across the part.
316L Stainless Steel
Corrosion-resistant and electropolish-ready for fluid path, gas delivery, and process-chemistry exposure.
Aluminum 7075-T6
Higher-strength aluminum for structural components where stiffness and weight both matter.
Engineering Plastics
PEEK, Vespel, and Radel for insulators, thermal-break components, and non-metallic process hardware.
Tolerances & Surface Quality
Precision and finish that match semiconductor process windows
Semi parts ship clean, deburred, and ready for the next step — whether that's hard-anodize, electropolish, or assembly. We routinely hold ±0.001" and achieve ±0.0005" with CMM verification on critical features.
Surface preparation matters as much as dimension. We control feeds, coolant, and tooling to leave surfaces ready for the finish your part requires.
